NuriPass is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Information on NuriPass profiles is provided by users and has not been verified by medical professionals. Always follow the guidance of a qualified healthcare provider.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using NuriPass, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and NuriPass LLC.

2. Description of service

NuriPass provides a platform for creating digital medical context profiles accessible via QR code. Users can create profiles containing allergy information, safe foods, emergency contacts, and emergency response steps. These profiles are accessible to anyone who scans the associated QR code without requiring an app or login.

3. Not medical advice

NuriPass is not a medical service. Nothing on NuriPass constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. -- Information on NuriPass profiles is entered by users and has not been reviewed or verified by medical professionals. -- NuriPass does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any profile information. -- Caregivers who rely on NuriPass information should use their own judgment and follow established emergency protocols. -- In a medical emergency, always call 911 or your local emergency services immediately. You agree that NuriPass and NuriPass LLC are not responsible for any harm resulting from reliance on profile information.

4. User accounts

To use NuriPass, you must create an account. You agree to: -- Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account -- Keep your password secure and not share it with others -- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account -- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older.

5. Accuracy of profile information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you enter into NuriPass profiles. You agree to keep profile information up to date and accurate. You acknowledge that outdated or inaccurate profile information could be harmful and that NuriPass is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate information you have provided.

6. Profiles for minors

If you create a profile for a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that minor and have the authority to provide their information and consent to its public display. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide for minors is accurate and appropriate.

7. Public nature of profiles

You understand and agree that your NuriPass profile is accessible to any person who scans your QR code or accesses your profile URL. Do not include information in your profile that you are not comfortable sharing publicly. NuriPass is not responsible for how third parties use the information displayed on public profiles.

8. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use NuriPass to: -- Provide false or misleading medical information -- Impersonate another person or create profiles for individuals without their consent (or parental consent for minors) -- Violate any applicable law or regulation -- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service -- Use the service for any commercial purpose other than as intended -- Harass, abuse, or harm any person

9. Subscription and payment

NuriPass is a subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fee. Monthly subscriptions: $3.99 per month, billed monthly Annual subscriptions: $29.00 per year, billed annually Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

10. Intellectual property

NuriPass and all associated content, design, code, and trademarks are owned by NuriPass LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission. You retain ownership of the content you submit to NuriPass and grant us a license to display it as part of providing the service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NuriPass LLC shall not be liable for: -- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages -- Any harm resulting from reliance on NuriPass profile information -- Any loss of data, revenue, or profits -- Any damages arising from third-party actions Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of NuriPass shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NuriPass LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of NuriPass, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your profile data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of NuriPass after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
